The Content Strategy Services for One of My First Clients

The Pavoniere Golf Club Restaurant, in the heart of one of Tuscany's most evocative locations, was one of my first clients.
And today it remains one of my most vibrant projects: not only for the result, but for the relationship of trust, complicity, and continuous evolution we've built over time.
But let's start from the beginning.

When the new management took over the restaurant, the initial brief was clear:
Eliminate the image of a "low-cost business dinner venue" and unleash the place's true potential: an elegant, understated, and refined venue.
A complex mission. The restaurant was already well-established in the area, but associated with a popular, informal, and static image.
The risk?
Chasing novelty and losing longtime customers, or remaining in the past and giving up on the future.
We chose a third path: transforming the way people perceive, experience, and describe the place with precise Content Strategy Services.
We rolled up our sleeves and worked as a team: elegant graphics, newsletters that showcased the beauty of the place through stories and much more.

We designed graphics consistent with the identity of the place, capable of evoking sensations of tranquility, elegance, and quality.
We created refined menus, combining Tuscan tradition and a contemporary vision, with a design that expresses sobriety and authenticity.

📬 Newsletter & Visual Storytelling
Each newsletter was not just a "promotional message," but editorial content that told stories, highlighted dishes and seasonality, and showcased the beauty of the place through breathtaking images and thoughtful text.

💍 Events and Weddings
concept + creative direction
I supported the organization of private events and weddings, providing conceptual and visual ideas capable of making the experience unique.
Every element, from the entirely handmade tableau to the color palettes, followed a coherent narrative and visual line.
❤️🔥 The heart of the work: Transforming Perception
My task wasn't just "communicating." It was translating, in every visual and strategic detail, the vision of the young manager who decided to believe in the rebirth of his restaurant.
We weren't looking for likes. We weren't looking for tourists. We were looking for respect, identity, perceived authority.
And we succeeded.
Today, the members experience the restaurant differently.
They perceive it as a place of experience, beauty, and care.
They proudly tell others about it.
They defend it as part of their very identity.
📈 What now? Towards the next level.
We've completed the transition phase. And today we're writing a new chapter: an advanced, coherent strategy capable of making this place not only elegant, but a cultural, experiential, and relational reference.

The brand is no longer just a restaurant.
It's a way of seeing, experiencing, and bringing time and space to life.
